Terms of Service

Accounts on Nexomech are provisioned by platform administrators. Individual customers receive one account per subscription; organization customers receive an admin account plus user accounts up to the purchased seat count, created and managed by the organization's admin.

There is no public registration. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

Access to the platform is provided under a paid subscription. Individual plans are billed per account; Team plans are billed per member for 5–7 seats. Billing periods are monthly, four-monthly or annual, as displayed at checkout. The amount charged is the flat rate multiplied by the number of seats and the number of months in the term — there is no term discount or surcharge.

All amounts are calculated and charged server-side in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices shown at checkout are the authoritative amounts. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, our payment gateway provider; your card and banking details are handled entirely by Razorpay and never stored on our servers. Subscription activation is confirmed only after the payment is verified server-side. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy.

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others or access another user's account.
• Use the AI Robotics Programmer for purposes unrelated to robotics learning.
• Attempt to circumvent usage quotas, seat limits or access controls.
• Use the platform to develop or control systems intended to cause harm.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape or disrupt the platform or its integrations.

Warning emails are sent 3 days and 1 day before a subscription expires. On expiry, access to protected features is restricted and a renewal option is presented. Your data is retained after expiry and not deleted.

Accounts may be temporarily blocked or permanently disabled by platform or organization administrators for violation of these terms, non-payment or misuse. Blocked accounts lose access to protected features.

The Robotics Programmer generates code using AI assistance. Generated code, wiring notes and explanations are provided for educational purposes and must be reviewed and tested before use with physical hardware. You are responsible for verifying safety and suitability of any build based on generated output.

The platform is provided for educational purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexomech is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including damages arising from physical builds based on educational content or generated code.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active customers. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
